You can select to have your Recycled Water invoices emailed or posted out to you. Invoices for the use of recycled water and wastewater services will be either emailed out by Sydney Water or mailed to your address on a quarterly basis. How to pay?

Pay by BPAY

Pay your Recycled Water bill through your bank using BPAY. You can make your payment through either phone or Internet banking . If you are not already registered for phone or Internet banking, please contact your bank for details.

New mailing or emailing address

If you have changed your mailing or will be changing your mailing address, please contact the enquiries line on 132092 and complete this online form or email us at: info@myrecycledwater.com.au.

Financial hardship

If you are experiencing financial hardship paying your account, Sydney Water may provide payment assistance. Please contact the enquiries line on 13 20 92 to find out more.

A penalty fee may be charged on late payments.
